The Olive Varieties
We harvest three indigenous olive varieties, exclusively grown in the Peloponnese region. Megaritiki, Patrinia (both are very rare and unique) and Koroneiki (the most famous variety in Greece).
Our HarvestingPhilosophy
We choose to harvest early, when the fruit is still unripe and green. Olives impart a more fruity, bitter and pungent note to the olive juice while contributing to our health by being higher in polyphenols and antioxidants.
Our modern Production
Our olives are collected with great care and strictly cold-pressed (<27°C) within 24hours from harvesting in a technologically sophisticated mill, resulting to an olive juice with exceptional aromas and taste.
We pack with care
Our unfiltered olive oils are stored in stainless steel tanks, which allow for a natural sedimentation. The packing process is ISO 22000 / HACCP certified.
