LADOLEA Extra Virgin Olive Oils have been analysed by the Faculty of Pharmacy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and are certified for their higher polyphenol content than the average olive oils.

Polyphenols present important biological activity and they have been related with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective activity.
