Return & Refund Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VALIDITY OF PRODUCT EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Return or exchange of the entire product

Both the right to exchange and the right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) apply to the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised for only part of the product (e.g., its accessories).

According to the Right of Withdrawal Policy, the customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, even if they have simply changed their mind.

Condition of returned products

A return or exchange will not be accepted if the product has been used and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Only products in their original condition, complete, intact, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, etc.), with all tags attached, will be accepted. The product’s packaging must also remain intact.

Shipping of products to the Company

For every product returned or for which an exchange is requested, the customer must include the original proof of purchase (retail receipt or invoice) when sending the product.

The cost of shipping/transportation for returned or exchanged products, whether within or outside Greece, is borne by the customer.

Conditions for returning products

If any of the above conditions are not met, the Company reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of the product.

Refund of the price

The Company is obligated to refund the customer within 14 calendar days from the date the customer withdrew, provided the product was returned in its original condition. In any case, the Company will notify the customer with a relevant message once the refund/exchange request has been fully processed and when the refund order has been issued. Delays may occur due to the processing times of the financial institution.
